The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

An industrial machinery company was faced with challenges in managing the data sync between e-commerce platforms and its workflow software. To automate the order and production processes and efficiently communicate with customers about order updates, they required a solution that would allow them to integrate Zakeke/Shopify with their software product.
Our client is a leading manufacturer and international supplier of industrial sewing machines and garment printers. They produce appliances specialized for a variety of sectors, including the apparel and digital printing industries. As they expanded their business with the development of print and embroidery workflow software, they encountered challenges in managing order placements and updates efficiently.
The customer platform was created as an all-in-one solution to assist retailers and large manufacturers with their textile printing and digital print production processes. From placing the order to shipping the completed product, it simplified and streamlined the entire production process. To automate their operations and improve customer satisfaction, our client reached out to us to develop a comprehensive Zakeke integration that would optimize these procedures. Their primary goal was for orders made in Zakeke/Shopify to be routed directly to their workflow software, and for all order updates in the software to be sent back to the store.
To satisfy the client’s request, we used Zapier to build an app for the client’s software and created Zaps to automate data synchronization. We started by connecting all the endpoints listed in the client’s API documentation. Then we created webhooks via API call and integrated this functionality in the Zapier app we developed.
With the help of this Zapier app, our client was able to establish integrations within their software solution for their respective clientele. We then created Zaps to facilitate these integrations. These Zaps allowed the information from an order placed in Zakeke to be automatically sent to the client’s platform. Once a new order is created in Zakeke and the date and time are formatted, it is listed in Shopify and synced with our client’s print and embroidery software via Zapier.
In a similar vein, after an order is shipped from our client, the order information is collected from the software and combined with the order IDs from Shopify to identify each product. The tracking number is then sent back to Zakeke. With this information, Zakeke then sets the order’s status to "shipped” in Shopify. In this way, all order updates, including shipment notices, are automatically routed back to the appropriate shop.
The custom Zapier app significantly enhanced the extensibility of the client’s platform beyond Zakeke and Shopify, providing a versatile solution tailored to their needs. In addition to the Zakeke integration, we expanded the software’s functionality to include a seamless integration with WooCommerce as well. By developing dedicated Zaps for WooCommerce, we ensured that our client could effortlessly manage their product data across multiple e-commerce platforms with the same level of efficiency and precision.
The WooCommerce integration worked similarly to the Zakeke integration, streamlining the workflow and automating critical processes. Once an order is shipped, the shipment tracking is added, and the order status is automatically updated in WooCommerce through Zapier. To ensure that these integrations performed optimally and efficiently, extensive testing was also conducted.
By automating their production operations, the sewing machine and garment printer manufacturer was able to significantly improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The robust Zakeke and WooCommerce integrations within our client’s platform facilitated smooth data flow and communication between all platforms. These integrations streamlined the process of placing and updating orders, keeping customers well-informed and ensuring efficient stock management.
Additionally, by linking our client’s shop to several other stores, the solution provided a scalable framework that supported growth and offered the flexibility to adapt to future business needs. This interconnected setup not only optimized current operations but also positioned the client to seamlessly integrate additional platforms and functionalities as their business evolves.
