The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Our client was an agency that specializes in the development and execution of campaigns in Switzerland, with a focus on lobbying and consulting for political affairs and referendums. They often work together with citizens’ initiatives and NGOs to provide strategic advice, mobilize stakeholders, promote and organize campaigns, and achieve high visibility for social and political causes.
They required a digital platform to facilitate the organization of political campaigns and simplify the process of sponsoring flyers for these causes. Thus, our client reached out to us to realize this goal.
To address our client’s needs, we carefully assessed their goals and crafted a solution that met their specific requirements. We used WordPress to develop a modern, user-friendly website, focusing on delivering an intuitive user experience and easy navigation.
The website bridges digital and analog channels, allowing users to discover a variety of causes – from voting campaigns to broader political mobilization efforts. Users can easily select the campaigns they want to support and sponsor flyers for distribution. They simply pick a cause, select the targeted municipalities, and specify the number of flyers they wish to sponsor. The system automates the order process: users only need to commission a print shop, while the website automatically generates all necessary order data and documents for the postal service.
The website also features interactive maps that are regularly and automatically updated, helping customers precisely select which areas to send flyers to. The payment process is also streamlined and supports multiple methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and more, making it convenient for all users.
By automating the data exports with the automation platform Make, we were also able to make the processes quicker and more efficient. Once a user selects a campaign on the WordPress website, the process is triggered in Make, where the campaign status is automatically checked. Make also ensures data completeness and checks postal codes, reviewing which flyers can be sent and whether there are any issues.
To streamline logistics and to ensure that the order data is generated effortlessly and automatically, we also set up a connection to the Swiss postal service. This way, users have everything they need to send out flyers quickly and without hassle.
The website we developed for our client made it significantly easier for users to discover political campaigns and sponsor flyers. The entire process – from browsing campaigns to selecting municipalities, handling payments, and generating postal service documents – was thus centralized on one platform.
The integration with Make for automated data exports also saved considerable time and effort by minimizing manual data handling. This improvement in operational efficiency meant that our client’s customers were able to reach a broader audience and mobilize citizens faster and more effectively. Ultimately, this digital platform empowered our client to seamlessly integrate traditional methods like flyer distribution with digital solutions for campaigning and lobbying, thus expanding their impact and effectiveness in the political consulting and advocacy space.
