The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Our client was a company that helped people who wanted to pursue a part-time PhD with the enrollment process at the university and on their way to a doctorate. Until recently, the company handled everything manually, from welcome emails to appointment bookings. An enormous effort that we were able to significantly reduce with our automated lead management.

Manual Communication Process

In principle, our client's company was designed to accompany PhD students from their first enrollment at the university to their doctorate. The support involved a lot of communication with the PhD students on various channels – from a welcome email to face-to-face meetings. As the entire communication process was completely manual, it also took up a lot of working time. This ultimately led to delays in communication and, consequently, to individual requests being forgotten. To prevent this, a professional lead management system was needed as quickly as possible, which we were happy to help our customer with.

Introduction of Pipedrive

The key to this problem was the introduction of a CRM system. In the case of our client, we chose Pipedrive because it made it possible to support a student in several stages without any issues.  

As a first step, it was important to define the individual stages in the pipeline. On the one hand, this made it possible to see at a glance which lead is at which stage. On the other hand, clear automations could be defined when a certain stage in the process was reached. For example, a welcome email could be sent automatically after successful enrollment or the invoice for the enrollment fee could be sent at the right time.

Pipedrive also made it possible to save all communication – no more emails were lost, and the history could be retrieved at any time. This went hand in hand with the ability for our client's customers to upload confidential documents securely to a portal. This meant that there was no risk of confidential information reaching unauthorized persons.

The Result

The entire automation cost our customer a mid-five-figure sum. However, as extensive parts of the administration were eliminated by the automation, our customer was able to save three full-time positions at the same time. After just six months, the investment in their process management had paid off for the company.
