What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Natsana is a large online retailer that is currently in a phase of strong growth. The growth in turnover is also reflected in changes in human resources. More staff are being hired, employees are changing departments, and new departments are being set up. This led Natsana to ask itself the question: how can we make the onboarding of our new employees as efficient as possible for everyone involved?

Problems in HR

The growth in personnel was accompanied by extensive administrative tasks. Each employee had to be recorded and created in the HR tool, in the office landscape and in Azure Flow. Manually entering this data not only took a lot of time, but also entailed the risk of errors. Natsana also wanted to ensure that all new employees felt welcome in the new company from day one. Of course, this also meant ensuring that the IT worked smoothly right from the start. After all, it is nerve-wracking when you have to spend several hours on the phone with the IT department on your first day in your new job because you have not yet been set up as an employee in the system.

Optimization with HR Tools

To avoid this step, we automated the synchronization between the individual systems. This means that not all employees have to be recorded and updated individually but are first created by Natsana in Personio. As soon as a supervisor is assigned, the data is automatically transferred to the other systems. The same applies if there is a change in an employee's personnel data. For example, if the supervisor or job title changes, the adjustment only needs to be made centrally in Personio. Everything else is done automatically afterward with Power Automate and Make.

Automated HR Processes

Thanks to the automation of personnel data, Natsana no longer had to worry about losing personnel data. Automatic synchronization ensured that the data in all systems was always up to date. It also eliminated a huge amount of manual work. This saved Natsana a lot of time and allowed it to focus on further sales growth.
