This issue was compounded by logistical challenges and the need for a streamlined process to connect European buyers directly with Chinese suppliers, bypassing traditional, more expensive routes of procurement.
In response to the challenge, a sophisticated marketplace platform was engineered using Bubble.io. This platform innovatively allowed users to amalgamate smaller orders into more cost-effective bulk purchases. It facilitated access to more economical shipping rates and bulk order discounts, directly benefiting European buyers. The platform's capabilities were extensive: it featured secure user logins, a dynamic product creation interface with customizable quantities and variations, and an automated system for coordinating orders. Additionally, it integrated secure payment gateways, streamlining the entire purchase process from order placement to payment, significantly enhancing the user experience.
