In order to provide IMAP with the best possible solution for their individual processes, we first conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing IT infrastructure. We place great value on close cooperation with our customers, because they know best about their internal processes. The consultancy did not work cloud-based before, so the infrastructure had to be fundamentally renewed in order to be future-proof and pioneering.
The first step on the path to automation was therefore the implementation of all necessary web applications. This was the basic prerequisite for the subsequent automation of 58% of the existing processes. We were even able to automate 100% of the bridging tasks in internal communication, such as sending reminders for time recording.
